Community Content Privacy Notice
1. What information is collected
When you submit content to Community Heart, BAHHLEE collects the public display name or anonymous identifier you choose, an optional TikTok username, your submission text, optional media links, and the consent confirmations you provide. No account or registration is required.
2. Why it is collected
Your submission is collected so it can be reviewed by BAHHLEE and, if approved, displayed publicly in the relevant Community Heart section to celebrate kindness, stories and memories.
3. Submissions are reviewed
Every submission begins in a pending review state. Nothing you submit appears publicly until a BAHHLEE administrator has reviewed and approved it.
4. Anonymous publication
You may submit content anonymously. If you choose the anonymous option, your public display name will not appear alongside your submission.
5. Names appear only with permission
Your public name is only displayed if you explicitly choose to share it and confirm your consent. You may choose anonymous at any time.
6. Exact locations are never published
Community Heart never displays street addresses, postcodes, exact coordinates, live locations, home locations, workplaces, travel routes or device locations. Only voluntary, approved country or broad region information is shown.
7. Submitted media must have permission
You confirm that you have permission to share any image or video you submit. BAHHLEE will not publish private screenshots, direct messages, phone numbers, email addresses or personal account information.
8. How to request correction or removal
You may request correction or removal of your public name or approved content at any time by contacting BAHHLEE through the contact details listed on this site.
9. How long unpublished submissions are retained
Submissions that are not approved may be retained for a reasonable period for moderation records and then deleted. Approved content is retained while it remains published.
